An effort to keep everyone (especially Nana) up-to-date on Caden and Cole's goings on and of course updated pics!

I'm scary!

Caden thought he was super scary practicing for Halloween. Cole is still not eating that great, but Paul said it took him a good week to get back to normal. Caden and I thankfully never got it (knock on wood). :) We got 10 books in today we ordered; Caden was ecstatic. He kept looking through them and of course we had to read all of them today and some sometimes twice! Cole was pretty happy to but Caden wasn't too happy about sharing. This weekend we are probably going to the pumpkin patch to ride the rides and get some pumpkins for Halloween. Paul won't be here for Halloween so I have to take lots of pics and video. Tommorow is Friday and I am soo happy. I am going to check out the brand new mall right down the street tommorrow too with a friend of mine so that ought to be interesting with two babies. :) Paul is off tomorrow so he is taking Cole and Caden will be in school.

Make it go away!

I think it is on it's way out the door. Sickness that is. :) If you haven't heard Cole had to go to the emergency room Saturday after vomiting all night and the next day. They gave him 3 iv bags and some anit-nausea meds. He was recovering on Sunday but had a fever and now today seems to be alot better. He ate a banana and is playing alot more. Poor Paul was sick, sick as well Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and now today it is hit or miss. Anyway, here is a pic of the boys last week happy, healthy in the tub and having fun. :)

Much better

Caden is soo much better. He had a friend sleep over Saturday night. They played nicely, watched Curious George the movie and made cookies. Next day, he was great and went to play at Jasmine's house. What is funny is that he knows it, he says, "I'm a good boy today." and of course I emphasize how good he was. I don't know maybe that is the key. Today he cleaned his room without me saying anything; so this is a complete change from last week. Cole on the other hand is just a little extra tired. He has caught a cold on Monday; I'll watch it to make sure it doesn't go down to his chest. Here is a pic of my two full times, from left to right Mehki, Jake, and of course Cole. They always fall asleep on the way back from JW Tumbles. Their little excercise and play class. :)

Whiney Boy

Has there been a full moon or what? All the whining, all the time. You threaten, you say how do you talk, you put them in time out over and over. Funny thing is all Caden's friends Hunter and Jasmine have been doing the same thing all week (according to thier moms). It has to be a phase, right?? Other than that, he is fine, school is great, he likes all his friends. In fact one is coming over Saturday for a sleep over. Caden spent the night over at his house two weeks ago without incident; we will see if the same holds true for his buddy. If not it is only 5 minute ride back home. The pic is on the side of our house last 4th of July when he was still a happy good little boy (j/k!).

Mr. Baggy pants

Cole is soo long and skinny. As you can see by the picture his pants are barely hanging on even though they are nine month and his shirt is rolled up one to hide the fact that it is fact too short also nine months. He is wearing 18 month length to fit but crawls out of them. Have to do the elastic alternation that Mom suggested. Can you also believe he is already a size 5 shoe at 10 months??Cole loves to love (grab, mouth and pull) Jack. Yes, I of course tell him gentle and he still tries it again; he gets soo excited about the cats.

Catch up!

This is an effort to keep everyone (especially Nana) in the loop regarding day to day stuff when we can't talk to everyone all the time and of course udated pictures! Let me know if you want to see specific things on here ie suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Cole as you can see can now stand up and walk holding on to something. He likes to push Caden on the ride-on toy. Cole can stand unassisted for a few minutes but no steps as yet. Caden is doing well; he still likes going to school in the mornings to play with his friends. Tough learning he has to share with his brother though. ;)
